Characterized as black pills with sweet and mild sour taste. Shu Gan He Wei Wan contains 13 medical herbs and has been used in treating chronic gastritis and hepatitis, ulcers, dysfunctions of stomach and intestine.
Ingredients Areca catechu fruit (bing lang) Atractylodes macrocephala root (bai zhu) Bupleurum falcatum root (chai hu) Citrus medica fruit (fo shou) Citurs reticulate fruit skin (chen pi) Curcuma longa stem (yu jin) Saussurea costus root (mu xiang) Cyperus rotundus rhizome (xiang fu) Glycyrrhiza uralensis root and rhi. (gan cao) Lindera strychnifolia root (wu yao) Paeonia lactiflora root (bai shao) Pogostemon cablin herb (huo xiang) Raphanus sativus fruit (lai fu zi)
Indications The medication was traditionally used in relieving disharmony in liver and stomach. Common symptoms of these conditions include poor appetite, abdominal fullness and pain, hypochondriac pain, nausea, vomiting, gastric discomfort and acid regurgitation, abnormal bowels movements.
Direction Take orally, 45 pills each time, 2 times daily.
